Pineapples never go wrong for me. It’s not my favorite but I can eat it everyday. Aside from Vitamin C, it is a good source of Manganese (minerals) for the body.

1/2 Cup Pineapple
2 Tbsp Goji berries
2 Cups Spinach
4 Ounces Almond Milk

1 Banana
1/2 Pineapple
2 Cups Spinach
1/4 Tbsp Pure Vanilla
4 Ounces Coconut Water

1 Cup Pineapple
1 Large Carrot
1 Orange
1/2 Banana
4 Ounces Water

1/2 Cup Pineapple
1 Cucumber
1/2 Cup Raspberries

2 Cups Kale

4 Ounces Water
